Dalton did an amazing job. My daughter had originally listed her home as a FSBO and Dalton cold called us to discuss listing it, along with multiple other agents. He differentiated himself from the first call right through closing. We withdrew the home from a FSBO and listed with him. From the first meeting he took control of the sale, worked to get the house into better shape in order to sell and assured us that we were kept in the loop. When the first sale fell through due to a title issue, he made sure to keep us in the loop, remarketed the property and made another sale happen for even better money. Due to using Dalton as a Realtor my daughter was 1) relieved of the stress of showings 2) had the house staged and cleaned up by Dalton’s trusted vendors who made it a 10/10 for showing 3) received more money than she would have marketing it as a FSBO 4) had someone who stayed on top of the deal from the start to finish. I could go on and on, but at the end of the day Dalton made it happen!
