Alicia Hallberg plays a central role in the operations and client experience of The Reynolds Real Estate Team at Keller Williams Realty WNY. With a background in operations, marketing, and systems management, Alicia focuses on making sure every part of the process feels clear, organized, and well supported for both clients and the team.

She works closely with agents to manage workflows, coordinate marketing, and oversee client facing systems, helping ensure each transaction runs smoothly from first contact through closing. Alicia brings a strong operational mindset to her work, shaped in part by her experience in corporate operations, where clarity, structure, and follow through are essential.

At the heart of Alicia’s work is a genuine commitment to people. She values clear communication, consistency, and thoughtful problem solving, and takes pride in creating systems that help clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their experience.
