Alicia oversees the systems, workflows, and client experience that keep the business running smoothly. With a background in operations, marketing, and systems management, Alicia focuses on building clear, organized processes that support both clients and agents at every stage.

She leads the day-to-day operational structure of the team, partnering closely with agents to manage workflows, execute marketing initiatives, and oversee client-facing systems. From first contact through closing, Alicia ensures transactions move efficiently and communication stays consistent and clear. Her work is grounded in a strong operational mindset shaped by corporate operations experience, where structure, clarity, and follow-through are non-negotiable.

At the heart of Alicia’s role is a genuine commitment to people. She values transparency, consistency, and thoughtful problem-solving, and takes pride in creating systems that help clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their experience, while also giving agents the structure they need to perform at a high level.

Outside of work, Alicia values time with family and friends and enjoys staying connected to the community she calls home. She also loves creative projects and finding ways to blend strategy with thoughtful design in both her professional and personal life.
